Beardstown Police
On Aug. 10, Margaret H. Whitlow, 26, of Beardstown was picked up on a Cass County warrant for testing positive for meth and fleeing the courthouse prior to a hearing. She was also ticketed for obstructing identification, possession of hypodermic syringe and needles, and resisting and obstructing. She was lodged in Schuyler Co. Jail without bond.
On Aug. 10, David Dominguez, 21, of Beardstown was ticketed for lack of a valid driver’s license.
On Aug. 12, Heather Marconi, 34, of Beardstown was picked up on a Cass County warrant for failure to appear on a DUI. Marconi posted 10% bond and was released.
On Aug. 13, Pascal A. Rodriguez-Mena, 33, of Beardstown was arrested for aggravated battery and resisting or obstructing a peace officer and lodged in Schuyler Co. Jail without bond.
On Aug. 14, Bryan Gomez-Melendez, 23, of Beardstown was ticketed for disobeying traffic control signs.
On Aug. 15, Chris Bacon, 36, of Beardstown was ticketed for disorderly conduct and lodged in Schuyler Co. Jail.
On Aug. 15, Bryan Harris, 29, of Galesburg was picked up on a Pike Co. warrant for failure to appear on possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic battery. Harris was lodged in Morgan County Jail.
On Aug. 15, Israel Sanchez-Hernandez, 24, of Rushville was ticketed for obstructing identification.
On Aug. 15, Lindsey N. Dyer, 31, of Rushville was ticketed for illegal transportation of alcohol.
On Aug. 15, Maria Rodriguez, 23, of Beardstown was ticketed for driving while suspended.
On Aug. 16, Christopher N. Martinez, 22, of Beardstown was ticketed for lack of a valid driver’s license.
On Aug. 16, Daniel P. Pellinghelli, 23, of Frederick was ticketed for possession of drug paraphernalia.
On Aug. 16, Ashley N. Sikes, 22, of Beardstown was picked up on a Jersey Co. warrant for failure to appear for unlawful possession of cannabis. Sikes posted 10% bond and was released.
On Aug. 16, Joshwa R. Surratt, 34, of Beardstown was ticketed for driving under the influence (three counts) and parking where prohibited. Surratt posted bond and was released.
On Aug. 16, Nathaniel J. Dawson, 29, of Beardstown was ticketed for operating an uninsured vehicle and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Dawson allgedly hit a parked car at 7th and Edwards Street. There were no injuries.
On Aug. 16, Virginia A. Gilliken, 25, of Beardstown was picked up on a Brown Co. warrant for failure to appear on unlawful possession of cannabis. Gilliken was lodged in Schuyler Co. Jail.
